Seller listed pump as new. I received a pump in an open package that had obviously been used, the impeller had lake scum on it and the part of the pump that inserts into the cartridge was showing the o rings were compressed flat from being inserted into a pump body for a period of time. Seller lists, He does not accept returns. O.K. my falt. I told him I was not happy with this product, and he wanted me to send him pictures and pay for return shipping. What a scam!!!!!!!
