This ring is absolutely gorgeous. When it first arrived to was missing a small stone. Not a huge deal but it was brand new and I expected it to be perfect. So I contacted the seller. They replied quickly and gave me several options on how to remedy the problem. I opted to return the ring and to be sent a replacement. They sent me a shipping label. And I received my replacement ring not too long thereafter. It is beautiful. Seller was wonderful. Always communicated with me. I am very satisfied.

I had difficulty canceling my order just after it was placed when I saw that the size that I thought I had indicated wasn't the size that was recorded in the order.I tried instantly to contact the seller but inly got a standard response from eBay saying that I had to wait for it to arrive before it could be returned. U had one message before this that informed me that it still hadn't shipped, but ebay didn't recognize this. I had to pay return mailing that was ..I believe more than $30. billy
