Q:What if I want to buy or win more than one item? |

A:- Please do! You have up to thirty (30) days to continue to shop with us and you'll receive a $2 Discount on each additional item that you Win or Buy during that time. When you're done shopping just click 'Pay Now' next your items on the "My eBay" page and your total, along with all of your additional discounts, will be calculated for you!

Q:Will you combine shipping? |

A:- Of course! You don't need to ask. You have up to thirty(30) days to collect books for yourself. Then just pay for them all at once. You'll recieve an automatic $2 off of each additional item! Whether your books can or can't ship together it's YOUR discount! It will automatically be deducted from your total when you make your payment.

Q:When can I expect to receive my books? |
|
|
A:- Your books will always be shipped within 24 hours of payment. Delivery runs 4 to 14 days (though the usual is within 7 days). We're happy to 'RUSH' shipping for you when you need. You'll find a 2-3 day option as well as overnight. Also, feel free to send me an eBay message if you have a special situation. We'll make it work :)

Q:How much is the shipping and handling charge? |

A:- As you know, each book has it's own personal size, weight & shape. For this reason each book has it's own shipping amount. It's right next to the price of the book. When you see the book price, you see the shipping amount! It's never hidden somewhere inside of a lengthy description. It's right there where it's suppose to be. Next to the book.

Q:Do you ship internationally? |

A:- We're happy to! As you've 'clearly' noticed, international shipping amounts are not listed. Well, shipping costs vary greatly for overseas delivery. I am happy to say, though, that we would love to ship to you! Just send me a note prior to bidding or purchasing your books and I'll take a moment to provide you with an accurate shipping amount!

Q:What if I'd like to return my book? |
|
|
A:- Basically, we want you to be happy! Returns are accepted if an item has not been represented properly or if the item is found to be flawed in a way other than described within the listing. Please take a look at our return policy located at the bottom of every listing for details. If you're not happy for any reason, we're not happy.

A:- EBay's messaging feature is the quickest and most reliable way to contact me. I keep a close eye on my eBay messages. Emial...not so much. :)

A:- Book terms often don't make much sense. So if you come across a word that you're not sure of you can look it up on our 'Used Book Terms A to Z' page! The page link is located at the lefthand side on the Cellar Book Store Home Page. And if you don't find it there, let us know! We'll give you the definition and gladly add a new term to our list.
