 | Q: I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do? |

 | A: There is an option to provide a different address than what is linked to your PayPal account during your check-out. PLEASE be sure to double-check the address before completing your check-out as we will not be able to alter it once the order has been placed. If the order ships to the wrong address that you provided, it will have to be re-purchased. |
 | Q: Is a belt clip included with my phone case? |

 | A: Belts clips are not included with your phone case, unless stated. Belt clips are optional and are sold separately. |

 | A: Shipping is free. In order to combine 2+ items in one shipment, you will have to click "Buy it Now" for all the items you would like to purchase and complete the payment AFTER you've made your last purchase with ebay Checkout.  | A: We work normal business hours. Monday - Friday 9:00 A.M - 4:00 P.M PST and we are closed on all holidays and weekends. |
 | Q: How long does it take to receive my item |

 | A: Orders are processed throughout the day,we try our best to make sure your order ships within 1-2 business day. Shipping usually takes 4-9 days depending on where you are located. |
 | Q: What happens if I place my order on the weekend? |

 | A: All orders placed on the weekend will be processed the following Monday or Business day,and may take 1-2 business days to ship out. This also applies to orders placed on holidays. We operate Mon-Fri 9am-4pm, closed on weekends and holidays. |
 | Q: I received my item but it is the wrong item. |

 | A: Please understand that although rare, mistakes do happen. If you happen to receive the wrong item please contact us and we will correct the issue immediately and you will not have to pay any shipping charges at all. |
 | Q: I received my item but it is damaged |

 | A: If you received and item that is damaged we will replace the item free of charge. The only exception to this rule are memory cards. If the memory card is defective we do request that you send it back to us prior to us sending the replacement. Regardless of the situation you will get a replacement but we must have the card back so we can replace it. |
