In support of this, CellularXS maintains on site cellular technicians and knowledgeable phone support staff. However, we recognize that at times there will be a need for you to return a product for repair or exchange. CellularXS offers a 14 day DOA warranty covering everything but cosmetics on all of our merchandise unless otherwise noted.
