| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes. We do combine shipping. Sometimes the automated calculation overcharges customers. If you pay a total combined by ebay and it looks too high please email us. Don't worry, we refund overcharges! Please see our shipping page for more details. |
| Q:If I order multiple yards will it come in one piece? |
|
| A:We always ship our orders in the longest lengths possible. If you purchase 5 yards from our priced by the yard store inventory you will normally receive one five yard length. If we know in advance about a break it will be noted on the listing. Some times there will be breaks in the length due to manufacturers that will be unavoidable. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:As stated in our listings orders will be shipped within 10 business days from receipt of cleared payment. This is the exception. Most of our orders ship within 2 business days. We want you to be enjoying your trim as soon as possible. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:We ship worldwide. If you have questions about shipping, insurance or timelines please ask :) We love our international customers!!!! |
| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:7 Days Exchange. Shipping costs not credited and return shipping is at buyers cost. Claims for lost or damaged items only accepted if insurance originally purchased. Returns accepted for errors in color red vs blue not pink vs mauve, quantity or description. Different computer monitors display different colors so email any questions before bidding |

| A:Yes, we have outsourced our shipping to allow us to provide you with the best customer service and the fastest shipping possible. We have a handling fee of $2.50 per order for domestic orders and $5.00 per order for international orders. |
