Other Details - Domestic
We ship via US Postal Service with tracking on all orders. First Class is used for orders weighing thirteen ounces or less. For orders weighing fourteen ounces or more we ship via Parcel Post which may delay delivery. Priority and Express Mail are available at an additional cost. Insurance is available for a nominal additional charge.
Other Details - International
We ship worldwide via US Postal Service First Class International Mail. Insurance is available and somewhat cost prohibitive. We have shipped many orders internationally with no problems. Insurance can only be purchased with priority or express mail both of which are expensive before the additional $5.90 for insurance which also increments up based on the amount covered. Please let us know if you wish to insure your item and a specific quote for your country and order can be provided. We are happy to answer any further questions you may have regarding your international shipment.
Insurance
Items insured only upon request. Claims for lost or damaged items only accepted if insurance originally provided with shipment. We have had very few losses and are very confident in the your package arriving safely. However, the decision to insure is up to you. Please be sure to let us know if you want insurance.
Other Details - Handling Fees
We charge only our costs for shipping. We have outsourced our shipping to provide you with better customer service and faster shipping. To allow us to stay in business to serve you we have begun charging handling fees. The handling fee rates are $2.50 for domestic and $5.00 for international orders. The international rates are higher due to the additional processing required to complete customs forms. We suggest you make multiple purchases together as there is only one fee per order.
