Q:What is your return policy?
A:Our return policy details can be found within our eBay Store under the Return and Exchange Policy.
Q:Do you combine shipping for multiple purchases?
A:We combine shipping whenever possible. We can offer the best rate when we can pack multiple items into the same box. Our business deals with an extensive number of large & heavy items. We cannot combine shipping charges on large/heavy/oversize items. All shipping rates are posted at the bottom of our listings.
Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:99% of orders ship same day if payment is received by 3:00 PM ET. We deliver to any location within our specified service area between 1-4 business days, depending on your location. To determine exact transit time, go to www.ups.com and run a time in transit request. Enter 40004 as the origin zip. Enter your zip as the destination.
Q:How much is shipping and is shipping insurance required?
A:Shipping charges for all items are posted at the bottom of each listing. We combine shipping rates whenever possible. Shipping insurance is not required, but highly recommended. If you elect to not purchase shipping insurance and your package is damaged or lost, neither Centerstage nor UPS will cover the loss under any circumstance.
Q:Do you offer international shipping?
A:We do not ship internationally. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Q:What areas do you ship to?
A:CenterstageLIGHTING offers shipments to the continental USA only. We do not offer service to HI, AK or PR due to high shipping costs and inability to warranty products properly. We cannot ship to FPO/APO addresses as they are not UPS deliverable addresses. We do not offer shipments via USPS under any circumstance.
Q:Who is your shipping carrier?
A:All CenterstageLIGHTING shipments are sent via UPS ground unless otherwise noted in the listing description. UPS express shipping (although expensive) is available upon request. UPS cannot deliver to a PO box or FPO/APO and we do not use USPS for shipments of any kind or for any reason. A physical street address is required for UPS delivery.
Q:Do you require Paypal address to be confirmed for shipment?
A:We accept only confirmed PayPal payments. Non-confirmed payments will be refunded immediately and shipment will be delayed until a confirmed PayPal payment is sent or an alternate policy-compliant form of payment is received. We will not ship to an unconfirmed PayPal address under any circumstance. Our About Me page lists accepted payment methods.
Q:Will payment by PayPal E-Check delay the shipment of my order?
A:A PayPal E-Check (as per PayPal's policy) must clear before your purchase can ship. It can take up to 5 business days for a PayPal E-Check to clear. PayPal does not allow us to ship any order for any reason until they (PayPal) clear the E-Check.
Q:Do you offer local pickup or have a show room?
A:CenterstageLIGHTING is a mail-order only facility. We are not open to walk-in customers or local pickup. We do not have a show room at this time.
Q:Can you custom list an item on eBay I do not see within your listings?
A:Yes. Please contact us to let us know what item you're interested in and we'll be glad to create a custom listing for you.
Q:If I purchase multiple items, do I have to pay for each one individually?
A:If you are buying multiple items out of a single listing eBay will calculate the shipping for you, so you may send payment when ready. If you're buying more than one item from multiple listings, please wait for us to send you one combined invoice with discounted shipping (when applicable) to make it easy to pay for all of your items at one time.
