The seller is a honest decent person, there was an issue with usps shipping service ( was out of sellers control). I contacted the seller and he reshaped the item via an alternate courier. He was very understanding even through my frustration. This is one of the reasons why I only shop through Ebay even before a brick and mortar. I would definitely purchase from this seller again.

Item was not has described, picture shown perfect uniform condition, received one with an slip router in one corner, contact seller and no solution, beware that you paid for a pictured and get whatever they have in stock. Don’t worth $28

No resolution?? "Don't worth $28"?? I offered to send the buyer a return shipping label and a full refund. This is hidden by the unit and not seen once installed. Not sure what more I could have done for this cat?? I think he's just fishing for a partial refund?? Not happening Lorenzo. Cheers.
