When Did My Order Ship - I Paid with Paypal?
We ship all orders within 1-2 days of receiving payment Monday through Friday. We do not ship during weekends or holidays. You will get a shipping notification email once your order ships. If you mail your payment, you must include your email address in order for us to email you the notice. If you do not get this email, do not be alarmed - sometimes the system does not work properly.
After we ship your order, Please allow 3-7 business days for the post office to deliver your item. Do not count weekends in this calculation.
If it's Been Past 12 Business Days:
If it has been past 12 business days since you paid, please send me an email stating the following:
Subject Line Should Read:
"12 Days - Item Not Received"
Email should read:
It has been past 12 days since I have paid and I have not received my order.
The item number is: List the Item Number Here.
My name and address is List Your Name and Address Here.
We will reply to your email within 24-48 hours.
Ps. If you paid with an e-check via Paypal, it takes 4-5 business days for it to clear and your order will ship once it clears and Paypal will send you a notification at that time.

I Mailed My Payment - Did You Receive It?
We get many payments in the mail every week. Therefore, unfortunately we are not able to email you when it arrives. However, if you provide your email with payment, we will send you a shipping notification email once your order ships.
We ship the orders out within 2-3 days of receiving the payment. If you sent a check, it may be held for 5 days for clearing. As long as you followed our instructions on mailing your payment - you will not experience any delays.

Do You Combine Shipping?
Yes, we do combine shipping for multiple auctions won if you pay in One Payment via our Markeworks Checkout. We combine rates up to 7 business days from the time your first winning auctions ends. Simply finish shopping and then you can checkout via Marketworks.
You will get a Marketworks Checkout email for all of your winning auctions. It is important that you checkout via Marketworks in order for the Combined Shipping rates to be set. Marketworks will calculate these rates for you automatically.
Each auction contains it's own combined shipping rates - if you wish to view them simply go to the auction and scroll down to the shipping section.

How can I buy more than one of this item?
If you are interested in buying more then 1 of a particular item, please visit Our eBay Store - there you will be able to purchase more then one of this item from our store.
We also combine shipping so please see auction for combined shipping rates.

How do I pay for my Auction(s)?
Upon winning your auctions - you will receive an invoice from eBay.
Please use eBay to complete your payment.
If you have won multiple auctions - you will
receive a combined shipping invoice.
Payment must be made within 7 days after auction closes. If you won multiple auctions - We can combine shipping - it's best to finish shopping and then pay for all items with one payment. You can request a combined shipping invoice through your winning auction when your all done shopping.

Do you take Checks and Money Orders?
I want to Mail my Payment - Where do I send it?
If you want to mail your payment - YOU MUST Follow these Instructions.

We accept money orders, U.S. international postal money orders, personal checks, and cashiers checks. Personal checks may be held 5 days for clearing. You may send actual cash at your own risk.

You MUST include either Printed or neatly handwritten note with your
auction number(s) and your shipping name and address.

If you send payment without this information - we will not know what the payment is for and it will delay shipping.

We take US checks, cashier checks, or money orders - no international money orders - US dollars only.
