1. We prepare our listing (pictures and description) very carefully. Any errors or omissions in the item details are unintentional.
2. All pictures contained within this listing are for illustration purposes only.
3. We test most product/s before dispatching, however some produc/ts are sealed in retail package, we can not test.
4. We apology if the product/s you received is not working correctly, we do provide warranty to protect your against defective product/s. This type of warranty situation is termed "Dead on Arrival" or DoA. The DoA period is 7 days from the date your order leaves our warehouse. Unless otherwise indicated this is the warranty that the product comes with. It is buyer's responsibility to pay for the return postage. All warranty replacement and postage is covered by Charmelinejewelry.
5. We offer 7 day exchange or refund policy if you change your mind, no question asked. Return the product/s to us within 7 days of receiving the product/s and we will offer you a full refund of the final price. Postage is not refundable if charged. If the product is sold at "Free Postage" condition, we will charge $5 each return item.
6. To receive full refund, the product/s must be returned to us in 'as new' condition with all internal and external packaging, accessories, swing tags, labels and manuals complete and intact. The product/s are NOT opened, used, worn or damaged, and are in 100% re-saleable condition when we receive them back.
7. We keep the right to refuse to provide any service if you abuse your rights.
