If your package is tracked as delivered and your address is verified by paypal, I am not responsible if it is not in your mailbox where the postal service said it should be. Your neighborhood mail carrier scanned it as delivered. Please contact your local post office supervisor for assistance if this occurs. If your package suddenly stops tracking halfway between you and me I will do my best to replace it or refund its value. Please do not wait to notify me if this occurs.

Jewelry components are breakable. Some bracelet connectors are fragile. I do my best to pack and ship very carefully. If an item arrives damaged, photos must be sent of the arrival condition on the day it arrived for a refund. If an item breaks during your creating process or with wear and tear, unless defective, it will not be replaced. All items are returnable in original condition within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed once return condition is verified.
