You must have a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any merchandise. You can also request an RA by messaging us. Once you have provided us with the appropriate information, we will contact you with an assigned RA number. The following is our Return Shipment Policies. Large items may take up to 2 to 3 weeks delivery time. We can not combine shipping on most items being that they may ship from our multiple, different warehouses in the United States. DOA/defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product model. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned items. If defective, product must be in original factory carton with all original packing materials. The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not the carton. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE CARTON. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received freight collect, without an RA number, not approved for return or in any way not meeting the above criteria, will be refused. Return Authorization numbers are good for 30 days only. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused. If returning a Cell Phone, it should be returned in its original SEALED/UNOPENED packaging and has NOT BEEN ACTIVATED OR DAMAGED. We will not accept returns on any SHAVERS, PERSONAL CARE items, REFURBISHED ITEMS, COSMETICS or INTIMATE products, BEDDING, that have been opened for product safety reasons.
We will not accept returns on any SOFTWARE, ELECTRONICS, if the packaging has been opened. All items should be UNOPENED to receive a 30 day refund, original Manufacturer packaging of product should not be damaged in any form or way before returning an unopened item. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare or Hair care items due to health reasons. Please make sure you choose your selections carefully. We credits based on purchase price or current price, whichever is lowest.
