It was packaged well and the product is wonderful as long as there are no leaks when I install which hasn’t been tested but they said it was good so if that’s as stated the product was fantastic and so was the shipping. A connection secure piece broke off but that was because the plastic is old and brittle to be expected I’m not concerned electrical tape works fine
