1. Chest. Measure over your shoulder blades, under arms and across the fullest part of your chest.
2. Waist. Measure around your waist over shirt (not over pants) at the height you normally wear your pants. Keep one finger between tape measure and body. (This measurement is also your belt size.)
3. INSEAM. Using a pair of pants that fit you well, lay them down flat and measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg.
4. NECK SIZE. Select a collared shirt that fits you well and with the collar lying flat, measure from the center of the collar button to the center of the button hole.
5. SLEEVE LENGTH. Select a shirt that fits you well. Lay the shirt flat and measure from the center of the back of the collar to the finished sleeve end. Follow the contour of the shoulder and sleeve.
