TIME - Your Item Will Be Shipped Out Within (1) Business Days (Once Payment Has Been Received and Cleared)

COST - Many of our items offer FREE shipping within the US. For others, we do offer a flat rate shipping service shown on the shipping chart.

SERVICE - We Ship via USPS and Use the Following Services; First Class Mail, Priority Mail, and Express Mail Service. Some items are too large to be sent via First Class Mail so those items will be sent via Parcel Post or another Ground Method. (We do not guarantee these services but generally these are the options we use.)

EXTRAS - We wrap most of our items in tissue paper prior to sending it to you ensuring the item arrives in perfect condition. From time to time your item may require a special box for mailing and we do provide those at no additional charge.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - If you are buying from an International Location you will be responsible for any duty charges incurred in importing items and we are in no way responsible for those charges. We cannot mark your package as a gift as we are a commercial company however we will do our best to mark the items at their lowest possible value to keep you from getting charged high duty charges.

TIME- You have 30 days from the time you receive the item to send it back for a refund or exchange it for another item.

CONDITION - Items will only be returned or exchanged if they are in their new never worn conditions and our sent back with all the items original tags.

REQUIREMENTS - We must have your Full Name, User ID, Detailed Reason For the Return and wheather you are requesting an Exchange or Money back.

THINGS TO KNOW - We do charge a 15% Restocking Fee for (Refunds Only) and we do not refund any Shipping Charges or Customs Taxes for the item.
