Hi! Shipping costs are actual USPS retail rates + a modest handling fee per auction. Handling fees = $1.00 domestic and $2.00 international. I love to combine shipping on items that are paid for in 1 payment! Insurance is optional but suggested since I have no control over the package once it leaves my hands so I will not be responsible for lost or damaged items.
