All orders will be shipped overnight and will receive live guarantee(unless it is being shipped free in sales price, then it will be shipped priority) as long as a picture is sent to us within 2 hours of delivery time of the DOA in the sealed bag. We will make every effort to replace the fish but if it is not possible then we will refund you for the cost of the fish only. all fish are shipped in cardboard boxes (styro if needed) and will have a heat pack in cold weather or a ice pack in warm weather. all fish are given bag buddies and are double bagged.buyer may request other type of shipping but there will not be any live guarantee.
