The package was promised for February 23-24th. It didn’t arrive until today at 4:30, Tuesday February 27, 2024. The seller replied to all my questions and messages except the very last one when I said the package was delayed. Seller was a good communicator. We were able to come to a price we were both happy with. Package also came with appraisal. It does look fairly clean, although it looks like it could use a good polishing.

Sorry for the delay. Once it's in USPS' possession, it's out of our control. Even with "missing mail search" it will take at least 3 business days for them to get back to us. And for the most time, the mail is already delivered while we are waiting for an answer. Again, sorry for the inconvenience. We are glad that you loved the pendant.

Transaction was a tad delayed; package was held up in the Chicago USPS for three days before heading to Carlsbad, CA for authentication and then finally on to NY. Was initially told by seller that authenticator was in NJ, and then corrected by another sales rep. that it actually needed to go to California from Chicago first, not New Jersey. Not seller's fault, but something to be aware of that items requiring authentication can take longer to arrive than anticipated.
