 | A: I get my Autographs from many sources, some times personally, many times from other dealers, many whom I have come to know & trust over the years. If for any reason you do not trust the autograph or if it failed Authentication, I will most certainly refund your full purchase price. |

 | A: If not mentioned otherwise, please assume Near Mint to NrMt+ on all cards. I will diclose any info if card has major flaws. |

 | A: Please e-mail me @ santo1908@comcast.net with your request.. I cannot attach scans to the eBay Message system, that's why it should be from your personal account. Please allow a reasonable time for me to respond. ( I do work during the day). |

 | A: I can, however you must first go to Paypal and ADD that person as an alternate address. Then when you pay, select that address for the transaction. I MUST ship to the address on the Paypal transaction sheet. |

 | A: I ship Internationally on a case-by-case basis ..... For items over $50 , I insist on tracking .. Unfortunately that means a $35.00 charge (for Global Express International) |

 | A: If I make a mistake in the listing description, of course I will accept a return. Most of my items say "no return" to discourage buyer's remorse. If you make a mistake & I agree to take back, I will not reimburse the shipping cost. |

 | A: No, however I rent showcases at the VOLO ANTIQUE MALL in VOLO, ILLINOIS (~ routes 12 & 120 in upper Eastern Illinois). I am in Mall 3, showcases 961,962,& 403. |

 | A: These have become more important that the feedback itself, as it helps determine monthly discounts off of my eBay fees and search rankings for my items. When rating me for shipping time, rate me on HOW FAST I GOT THE ITEM OUT THE DOOR. , not how long it took the Post Office to get it to you. |
