CLEANING

With the exception of new shoes, all shoes are cleaned inside, outside, and underneath (heels and soles) with premium shoe cleaning products to ensure that you never receive dirty shoes. Although this process seldom removes all stains from pre-owned shoes, it does provide the buyer with some assurance that the seller is providing a reasonably clean product. Even shoe laces are either cleaned or replaced if frayed or discolored. Shoes made of special leathers such as suede and nubuck or fabrics such as satin are also appropriately cleaned before being sold.

POLISHING

Unless new, all leather shoes are polished with premium shoe waxes and creams, sole and heel dressings applied as appropriate and shoes are hand brushed and polished to a nice lustre.

PACKAGING

All shoes are packaged in new poly bags prior to shipping, nicely padded, and shipped in brand new 200lb corrugated boxes to prevent damage during the shipping process.

Don't Fit Return Policy

If a buyer finds that the shoes that they have purchased do not fit, they can be returned to the seller for a full refund of the purchase price (they must be returned in the same condition as received). The buyer will notify the seller via email immediately (within 72 hours) after receiving the shoes that they don't fit and that you will be returning them. Seller must receive the returned shoes within 7 days for US customers. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Because of the higher costs and longer shipping times for overseas customers, returns will be handled on a case by case basis.
