| Q:What is a remainder mark? |

| A:When a publisher sells new books at a discount, a remainder mark is put on the book bottom to prevent return to a retailer for full price. It is generally a short marker line across the pages on the book bottom edge near the spine (sometimes on the top edge), and cannot be seen on the covers or opened pages. |
| Q:I've bought some items but would like to shop again later for more items to get the free shipping special. Do I need to pay now? |

| A:We are glad to hold your unpaid items for a few days while you shop/bid. Please do not pay until you have finished and are ready for us to mail your items, then pay for all at once on a single combined invoice. That way we can be sure that you get the special shipping rates. |

| A:We will almost always mail it the same or next business day. Media mail transit time varies a lot: 4-10 business days to the West coast, 2-8 business days to the East Coast, 3-5 weeks to AK HI PR APO/FPO/UPOs. |

| A:Refund, partial refund or replacement is available if the item is not as described. Please contact us with the details and state your preferences, then a fair and satisfactory solution will be found. We also try to accomodate change of mind returns, but you would need to pay postage costs both ways and often it is not worth it. |

| A:The key is not to pay for anything until you've used the buy it now for all the items you want and are finished shopping. Then when you go to Pay Now for any item, there is an option to include other items from the same seller. The shipping discounts will then come up automatically. |

| A:Absolutely. But please be aware that shipment time is 3-5 weeks by media mail and delivery confirmation is generally not available. If you need it sooner, please email me with a request for priority shipping rate. |

| A:Big Savings! Media mail to US addresses only, paid on a single invoice. If you buy 10 or more auction or fixed priced listings (each with one or more books, not 10 books in one lot, please) shipping is absolutely free. If you buy 2 or more you pay shipping only for one. |

| A:It takes huge amounts of time to remove some books, re-write and re-list the auction and take new photos, so I will have to decline unless it is just a few books that are duplicates, in which case I can remove them and reduce the shipping when you buy the set. |
