Shipping Detail:
All item purchase from our store will be
shipping within 1 - 3 business day once payment received. Shipping time will
depance on location, normally location to USA, Canada, Australia and Europe
will be 10 – 20days.
Please note that sometimes item might delay due to custom
check, holiday or any other reason, this is something that we can not
control once item is shipped out.
All parcel will comes with a “tracking
number” for our customer to track and trace their purchase. You can always
visit www.track-trace.com to see
where your parcel is.
*We will sent you an E-mail and post your tracking number
on eBay within 5 days time once item is ship out.
**Please leave us a note with your phone
number when paying with paypal. Sometimes postman or custom might needed to
contact you with it.
Multiple Purchases &
Combined Shipping:
We combine shipping cost on multiple purchases, if you buy
multiple mixed items please proceed with your purchase but await our invoice
prior to payment. This will ensure that you do not pay full postage on each
and every item.
* We do NOT charge ANY handling fees, just ACTUAL shipping
cost!
* We DO NOT ship to APO’s, FPO’s.
When calculating combined shipping cost, please allow
additional weight for the item’s packing weight.
Most of the time, each tea normally
takes extra 50g-250g for packing weight depance on the amount you get. In
case of large item, for example tea tray or kettle, can sometime requires
800g up to 2kg(depance on size) packing weight to ensure the safety of the
item during shipment.
We will pack the item carefully using
bubble wrapper, styrofoam and other packing materials to protect the item
during shipping.

plane flights per day, holiday or different season do effect the price of

shipping price is sometimes lower than China or Hong Kong Airmail if item is
weight 1.6kg or above. If this situation happen we will just change the
shipping method automatically for you and let you know.
