Free USPS First Class Shipping is available if you are purchasing 20 or more Italian Charms, Sports Charm/Zipper Pulls, Slide Charms, or Traditional Charms (or any combination thereof that amounts to 20 or more). This includes orders that may contain, for example, a bracelet or other items, as long as the 20 charm criteria is met. Cell phone charms and prayer box charms/pendants DO NOT count toward the 20 charm criteria.
As we are unable to automate our invoices to allow for this, if you believe your order qualifies, please request a corrected invoice from us before submitting payment.If you do not request an invoice and pay the shipping and handling charges, we will refund you via Paypal as soon as possible. This is generally within 1-2 business days, except in the case of payment instruments (such as e-checks) that have a clearing time. Instruments with a clearing time cannot be refunded until fully cleared. Purchases made with coupons, also, unfortunately cannot be refunded at all this time. It is in your best interest to request a corrected invoice, as mentioned above, if you believe your order will qualify for free shipping.
To receive combined shipping, purchases must be made within a span of three days. Checkout must be completed within two days of the last sales transaction date.
