How are my Items Mailed Out?
Most books are shipped via Media Mail using the U.S. Post Office unless you have requested another shipping option during check-out. Single DVDs are shipped via 1st Class Mail. Items other than books will be shipped out via Priority Mail.
How Long Does It Take to Receive My Order?
Estimated Delivery Times are:
Media Mail: 4 - 14 days
Priority Mail or First Class: 2 - 3 days
Please note these times are only estimates and not guaranteed. On rare occasions Media Mail can take up to 3 weeks to arrive.
Do You Provide Tracking for My Order?
Tracking is automatically added to each order over $20.00. If you ask for tracking during check-out or shortly after placing your order we will accommodate your request.
What If I Don't Receive My Order?
We ask that you wait the full 3 weeks if your items are mailed out via Media Mail. After that time we will take the appropriate steps to track down your order. If necessary, a duplicate item will be sent out of a refund given. |
