Most packages are shipped from our Buffalo, NY
warehouse. Our main carrier is FedEx and occasionally UPS (only at ChristmasCentral.com's discretion.) Shipping and handling for all our items does include insurance.
- Ground: 2-6 Business Days to lower 48 States
- Ground Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico: 6 Business Days
- Next Day Air: Delivered Next Business day after shipment leaves our warehouse
- 2-Day: Delivered 2 Business days after shipment leaves our warehouse
- 3-Day Select: Delivered 3 Business days after shipment leaves our warehouse
- FedEx Ground to Canada 5-10 business days after package leaves our warehouse
- FedEx International Priority To Canada: Delivered 1-2 Business days after package leaves our warehouse
- FedEx International Economy to the World: Delivered 2-3 Business days after package leaves our warehouse
Business days are Monday thru Friday and exclude all holidays.

STATES
Shipping and handling for all our items is a flat $7.00 and does include insurance. Whether you buy one item or 100 items shipping is just $7.00. If you need your
package shipped faster we do offer Express options. You
can choose any one of these shipping methods at time of checkout. We ship
FedEx and UPS
for all orders so please make sure you give a street address.
We do not ship via USPS, Post Office, and cannot ship to any PO Box - PHYSICAL ADDRESSES ONLY.
Note about APO, or
FPO addresses. We cannot ship any order to an APO or FPO address. Any
order being shipped to one will be canceled.

Shipping to an APO or FPO
We are very sorry but due to restrictions by the United States Postal
Service we cannot and will not ship to any APO or FPO. You will not be able to
place an order to a APO or FPO and any order that sneaks through will be
canceled. We are sorry for this inconvenience.
FedEx will make Saturday deliveries for residences only.
Refused packages or packages that fail to deliver will not be re-shipped at ChristmasCentral.com's expense. Customers must contact ChristmasCentral.com to be advised of additional shipping charges. This must occur within 10 business days of order placement.

Canada
Shipping Information
ChristmasCentral.com has partnered with FedEx to allow our Canadian customers
to place orders and have them shipped to them in Canada for one low price.
Shipping to Canada is $17.00 plus an additional 12% tax. Our low Canadian
Shipping rates include all duties, taxes, brokerage, shipping and handling
charges. Next day air service is available for a premium.
International Shipping
ChristmasCentral.com has partnered with FedEx to ship worldwide. Packages are
sent via FedEx International Service. This is the only way we will ship
Internationally. Shipping rates include all duties, taxes, brokerage, shipping and handling charges. International customers will be charged a 15% tax which will cover all your duties, taxes, VAT's and brokerage charges.
