Your credit/debit card infomation will only be used to process payments through paypal to Chubby Charlie's. Chubby Charlie's will never access your credit/debit card information as all payments will be processed, off-site, through paypal. Your e-mail address, physical address, and phone number will be kept for transaction and correspondence purposes only.  Chubby Charlie's will never sell or abuse such information as it could damage the retailer-consumer relationship.  Your e-mail address and shipping/billing address may be used to provide information regarding new products and sales.  If do not wish to recieve future correspondence please inform us immediately at charlie@chubbycharlies.com and your details will be removed from our marketing database.

Under certain circumstances how you interact with the site will also be monitored. However this monitoring will be done without specific knowledge of the user.
