Purchased in the beginning of December it took them 2 weeks to ship item out contacted them just to check in and was told to be patient once item was shipped it arrived in a week the item itself is what was advertised and was packed well my only issue was how long it took them to actually ship after purchase but it did arrive before Christmas

Item paid for on December 18, 2023, not at the "beginning" of the month as claimed, so delivery "before Christmas" should have made buyer happy!
