We despatch orders worldwide every day Monday to Saturday via United States Postal Service. We will ship your item within 24 working hours of your order being received. We offer a variety of options to ensure efficient delivery of your order. Please choose the option that you require during the payment process. We will inform you via the eBay messaging system when your order has been shipped.
Please note that we will only post items to the address that is provided by PayPal or eBay when the order is placed. We can not change the address once the order has been placed. We obtain a tracking number for all items.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International orders are shipped using United States Postal Service First Class Mail International. Once your item has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures. If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery service will leave a calling card with instructions on how to collect it. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot calculate what they may be. Customs policies and import duties vary greatly from country to country. You may wish to contact your local customs office for further information before ordering.

Returning Goods to Cimo Technologies
To arrange the return of an item, please send us a message via the eBay messaging system or email us direct at info@cimousa.com
Cimo Technologies does not offer a free returns service. The return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer for unwanted items.
The customer must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods. The item must then be returned within 14 days of receipt at the customer's cost for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different item. We will not accept returns or exchanges after this period. This is in addition to the Distance Selling Regulations.
Please return the a print out of the payment receipt (found on PayPal), clearly indicating the reason for return and whether you require an exchange or refund. If you have misplaced the original note, please include a covering letter with your name and full address together with your requirements.
In all cases, the item must be returned unused and in its original undamaged packaging with all included accessories. All tags must remain attached.
All goods will be inspected on return before a refund or exchange is issued. If the item is not in its original condition or if the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. We may return the item back to you at your expense. You will be notified of this and any other associated charges.
Cimo Technologies will not be responsible for losses or damage during the returns process. We recommend that you use a traceable postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. The goods are the customer's responsibility until they arrive at our premises. Please make sure that you package your return carefully to prevent any damage to the item or its packaging.
We aim to process all refunds and exchanges as soon as the goods are received. If you require a refund, the amount paid will be refunded to your PayPal account. If you used a credit or debit card, PayPal will return the amount paid to your card. |
