FINE PRINT:  Most of the merchandise we list on eBay are clearance items and we won’t always have what we list in other sizes, but sometimes we do so it doesn’t hurt to ask.

REFUNDS:   Because we mostly only list clearance merchandise, we do not issue refunds on most merchandise.  Please consult the separate auction listings to see if what you’re interested in is refundable or not.  In our Indianapolis store we do not issue refunds on any of our clearance merchandise, but in our eBay store we do accept returns for either exchanges or store credit on most items.  Again, please consult the individual auction listings because there are some items we won’t accept returns on at all unless we unknowingly misrepresent the item in the listing.

CYCLING JERSEYS:  If you’re not familiar with how cycling jerseys fit, it might be wise to go to your nearest bike shop and try some on to see how they fit and what size you are most comfortable in.  Cycling jerseys are designed to fit snug.  If you want them to fit loose (like a t-shirt) you will need to order a size or two larger than you normally would wear in street-clothes sizes.  Women’s jerseys are designed to fit people with shorter torso measurements than men’s jerseys.  If you are a longer than average torso woman, it would be wise to purchase men’s jerseys instead of a women’s.

FEEDBACK:  When you receive your item we would appreciate it if you would leave us positive feedback to let us know your order was received.  In turn, we will then leave you positive feedback as well.  Since eBay sellers cannot leave negative feedback, we wait to make sure you’re happy with your purchase by leaving us feedback before we leave positive feedback for you.  Starting a couple weeks after the end of your auction, we will start sending you weekly reminders and asking for your feedback in case you forgot.  And remember, if there was a problem with your purchase, please call Denna at our toll-free number 1-800-793-7801!

COMBINED PURCHASES:  Most of our store inventory is listed so that you are required to pay for your purchase immediately.  If you want to take advantage of our free shipping offer by purchasing $100 or more in merchandise, or if you simply want to combine shipping on just a few items and get a shipping discount, please eBay message us with the items you want or call Denna at our toll-free number.  We will then update the listings you’re interested in so that you don’t have to pay several shipping charges on each separate item.  We will then send you a combined invoice with the reduced shipping charge for your convenience.  If you would rather not wait for that, go ahead and pay for each item separately and we will issue you a refund of the overpayment of shipping charges.  Our combined shipping discounts only apply to orders shipped within the United States and it’s properties. HOURS OF OPERATION:  We operate our eBay store between the hours of 9AM and 3:30PM EST Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  Orders placed and/or payments received outside of these hours will receive immediate attention the following business day.
