In the event your purchase arrives damaged, unwearable, or you are completely unsatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your purchase via phone or email and obtain a refund authorization number. Be sure to include your name, order number, phone number, address, and reason for exchange/refund in the email. Orders without refund authorizations may not be processed. You will then be required to ship the item back in ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION INCLUDING ATTACHED INVENTORY TAGS AND NECKLACE BOXES within 3 (three) days of receipt via traceable shipping method. Upon receipt, you will receive a full refund. However, if any inventory tags are removed or damaged from the choker for any reason, your purchase will be sent to GIA for recertification. After recertification you will be refunded the purchase price minus a 25% recertification fee.
