eBay Policies
Payment Methods
» Accept all major credit cards (VISA,
Mastercard, etc) & direct bank deposit via PAYPAL.
» No Surcharge.
» Payment must be received within 7 days.
» We will only ship to the address listed in Paypal. Please
update it before you pay. PO
BOX / APO / FPO addresses are unacceptable.
» Your phone number and any requirements such as Color
Preference, Size, etc. must be stated in Paypal's customer note.
Shipping
» Goods will be shipped by DHL / FEDEX / EMS
unless stated otherwise.
» After the payment has been fully recieved, please allow 3
working days for processing your order.
» Delivery of express courier USUALLY takes 3-5
working days.
» The express courier is always punctual, but please note
that
that shipping time mentioned on our page is for reference only.
» We cannot be held responsible for late delivery due to
circumstances such as traffic congestion, adverse weather, acts of god,
customs inspections, etc.
» We will combine multiple items but we do not offer reduced
shipping costs.
Tax / VAT / Import Duty /
Penalty / Brokerage Fees / Handling Fees
» The transaction DOES NOT include any
TAX / VAT / Import Duty /
Penalty / Brokerage Fees / Handling Fees.
» Custom tax / import duties will be the sole responsibility
of the buyer.
» Any such charges are normally collected from the buyer by
the
freight company or when picked up by the buyer. Please do not consider
these charges as being additional shipping charges.
» Please check your country's import regulations before
making a purchase.
» We will do all that we can to help you legally minimize
your VAT/Import Duty.
» If the package is returned due to the buyer's refusal to
pay
any import taxes required or unsuccessful delivery (For example,
insufficient address information, no such receiver), we will charge you
the return shipping cost plus a 5% handling fee.
Refund & Return
» ONLY faulty items due to manufacturing defects
can be returned within 7 days of receive for delivery.
» All items must be in new condition and with all the
original packing, accessories, booklets, etc.
» Any missing or damaged items will be rejected for return
and/or refund.
» We will not cover any postage for returned products except
where there is a manufacturing defect.
Warranty
»
Warranty shall apply for 1 year from transaction date. Only Cameras,
Camcorders, DSLR, Lens and Flashes will be covered by the warranty.
» All other accessories purchased on Citiwide are not
warranted by Citiwide
» The warranty only covers manufacturer defects, and not user
wear and tear or damage.
» We shall only be liable for the cost of repairing the unit
or
refunding the unit value if it is manufacturer defects only.
» We do not bear the
return postage and any cost of repair if the defect is caused by
misuse.
» The warranty becomes invalid when the product is sold to
third parties. It is only given to the original buyer.
»
The warranty becomes invalid if the serial number of your item does not
match with our record or if your serial number has been scratched,
peeled off, or disappeared.
» The warranty does not covers any
improper use of waterproof camera products. We will not be repsonsible
for any damage caused by the leakage of waterproof housing / case / bag.
» In the event of a dispute, Citiwide reserves the right to
the final outcome.
