1. We do not ship to unconfirmed addresses! Or, sell to buyers with a feedback of zero or less!!
2. We ship via USPS or by UPS Only!! No P.O. boxes.
3. We only accept Credit Cards/echeck Payments via PayPal and Money orders are accepted only if approved by management.
4. No refunds. Merchandise credit only! Exceptions: 1. We don't carry, or cannot get your item(s). 2. Your item(s) are on backorder. 3. Absolutely no returns on White shirt purchases (Unless we send you the wrong item). It is very hard to keep these shirts clean. We cannot possibly risk taking these back, unless your reason is justified.
5. International buyers must confirm shipping charges before making purchase(s). Also you have to provide a phone number in case your item gets misdirected.
6. To avoid an "unpaid item strike", you must pay within a seven day period. Every time a customer purchases our item(s),we get charged a final value fee. In order for us to recover this fee, we must file for an "unpaid item". We don't leave negative feedback(s). Before you leave a negative feedback, contact us so that all possible options can be exercised.
7. Wholesale customers are recommended to contact us directly in order to accommodate the order.
8. You (The buyer) are totally responsible for insuring your items. UPS provides free $100 insurance on its Ground Service. Failure to insure your item, assures you no coverage in the event of an in-transit problem, such as damage, theft, water damage ect.
