FedEx managed to lose or misplace the first shipment and, within a few hours, CAP let me know that if the part did not show up by the next day another arm would be sent the following morning. The item that was shipped was incorrect, I reached out to the seller, and they responded very quickly. I was concerned that I would not receive the correct one fast enough for my planned project over the weekend but because they actually cared they sent the correct one fast, and all was well. thank you!
