SHIPPING INFORMATION
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
We ship via EMS at actual cost. We don´t charge you handling fees. Please take into account that EMS service does not provide insurance to all destinations and the buyer would assume all the risks.
Shipping and insurance will vary per item based on the shipment location and price of the item, please contact for details.
Payment confirmation must be received within five days of the auction closing.
A complete shipping address is required including a contact phone number; otherwise we won’t be shipping the item.
All shipments will be sent to the EBAY address unless special arrangements have been made.
Most of our items will be shipped from SPAIN. In some cases from Buenos Aires.
All duties and customs fees for international shipments are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Declared value for customs will be your winning bid. Check with your local customs office for formation prior to purchase.
RETURNS
We at Classic Time Gallery strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction in all transactions. We do allow returns for purchases where the customer is not completely satisfied. We will allow a credit for the purchase price or a refund of the purchase price, when customer satisfaction is not met. A refund or credit will only be given if the merchandise is returned to Classic Time Gallery in the exact same condition as originally shipped. Our return policy is subject to the following conditions:
Contact Classic Time Gallery by email within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise and inform us that you would like to make a return.
Item has to be in its original condition, not worn or altered, all original documents should be included with your return. If you intend to return your watch, do not use it or wear it.Make sure the merchandise is packed securely.Upon receipt of the merchandise, Classic Time Gallery will verify the condition, serial number, etc. and issue the credit or refund.
All shipping charges are non-refundable. A 5% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. This fee won´t be applied if the item was found not to be as described. |

SALES POLICIES
We remind you that what you are acquiring are not quartz watches but collection pieces that were made many years ago, with the style and nostalgia of a long gone era, but which lack the precision of contemporary watches.In the description of the pieces for sale, significant damage may be mentioned, but all faults and imperfections may not be included.Take into consideration, since we are not watchmakers, watch repairers or watch restorers, we can not warranty the authenticity of any component parts as: crowns, hands, crystals, wheels, bracelets, screws, etc. As the watches have had reparations and restorations due to use, it is most likely that some original pieces have been replaced. Mentioned sizes are always approximate.
Watches with waterproof or water resistant cases which have been opened to examine movements and inside back covers can not be warranted to be water resistant currently.In some cases such as Longines and Audemars Piguet, both the case and the movement have the same number giving no problem of identification. Nevertheless in most other brands the case number does not match the movement number. Therefore we can only guarantee that ,in our opinion ,both case and movement are individually original.
The pieces you are acquiring have to be transported for thousands of miles until they reach your hands, therefore they might not arrive in the conditions on which they were shipped. Buyers are responsible for checking possible customs restrictions or any kind of restrictions that may apply in your country of residence regarding certain brands. CTG will not be responsible for problems with customs. There are no restrictions of any kind regarding the free exportation of any brands in our country.
