The item arrived quickly but didn't fit despite being billed as for "Kew" machines. A couple of messages were exchanged about dimensions etc. but the seller then went silent. I initiated a return and have been refunded minus postage. I suggested that we go halves on postage as it's no-one's fault but was ignored. Hence the low communication score. Overall I still think "Positive" is appropriate...
