 Q: Why do some CD's have Drill holes or notches cut in them?
  A: The Cd's we sell come directly from the labels and the holes and notches prevent the cds from being returned to them or a retail outlet store. That is also why we can offer the CD's at a lower price! It's the same exact CD as the retailers sell, but at a much lower price. The CD is not affected at all, just the jewel case.

 Q: I just bought this cd and you relisted it?
  A: Relax, we have you covered! we have additional copies in stock. Your cd is yours and will be kept in the sold section.
 Q: How Often Do You Ship?
  A: We ship daily. As long as your payment is in to us by 7am central time, your cd will ship that day.
 Q: Do I need to ask before I return the cd?
  A: Yes, as long as it's not open, we will accept the return and give you a refund of the item cost, not the shipping cost. If you open it and there is an issue, then we will replace it or give you a full refund upon receiving it back. Of course, it there is a mistake on our part, we will issue a refund.
 Q: Where is my Item?
  A: We usually ship the same or next day and for all US Orders, we ship with Delivery Confirmation. This is NOT a tracking number but confirms it was delivered. If the postal system chooses to, it can be a tracking number, but it's at their option. You can always check to see if your item was shipped from your "My Ebay" and click on Item's Won.
 Q: Can I wait and pay once all my auctions have ended?
  A: Yes, please email us and just let us know you are still buying and to hold your cds till the end. We will then send you a combined invoice total for all your cds.
 Q: Do you sell internationally?
  A: Yes,we sell to all countries. Please understand the shipping times for your country. Also the customs and taxes.

  A: Yes, they are always in stock. If it's listed, then we have it here ready to ship. We are NOT a DROP SHIPPER.

  A: Feedback is left as soon as you pay with paypal.
 Q: Cd Case arrived broken?
  A: When we list the cd, if it has a cracked jewel case then we tell you upfront. When we send the cd,it is in a bubble mailer. Every now and then the case will get damage in transit. Please understand a broken jewel case is not the end of world. If this will ruin your music experience then we can send a new case. Please be understanding.
 Q: I am not happy with Rapid Cds?
  A: When corresponding with us, we ask you to be nice and polite. Just like us!!! Please do not threaten, accuse or harass us. Tell us your problem, keep to the facts and don't make assumptions.
