 | Q: How Often Do You Ship? |

 | A: We ship daily. As long as your payment is in to us by 7am central time, your cd will ship that day. |
 | Q: Do I need to ask before I return the cd? |

 | A: Yes, as long as it's not open, we will accept the return and give you a refund of the item cost, not the shipping cost. If you open it and there is an issue, then we will replace it or give you a full refund upon receiving it back. Of course, it there is a mistake on our part, we will issue a refund. |
 | Q: Can I wait and pay once all my auctions have ended? |

 | A: Yes, please email us and just let us know you are still buying and to hold your cds till the end. We will then send you a combined invoice total for all your cds. |

 | A: The Cd's we sell come directly from the labels and the holes and notches prevent the cds from being returned to them or a retail outlet store. That is also why we can offer the CD's at a lower price! It's the same exact CD as the retailers sell, but at a much lower price. The CD is not affected at all, just the jewel case. |

 | A: First, verify the address thats on your account. That is the one we sent it to. Next, Check with other residents in your house to see if they have seen the order. Next check with your local post office to see if they are holding it. International orders: Sometimes it's held in customs and we have no control of that, please be patient. |

 | A: When we list the cd, if it has a cracked jewel case then we tell you upfront. When we send the cd,it is in a bubble mailer. Every now and then the case will get damage in transit. Please understand a broken jewel case is not the end of world. If this will ruin your music experience then we can send a new case. Please be understanding. |
