We ship exclusively UPS, sorry no PO Boxes. Normal shipping is sent UPS ground Monday through Friday only. Please do not calculate Saturday and Sunday into your delivery time. We do offer expedited shipping, please contact us before you process your payment and we'll get you a quote. We will ship USPS to APO / FPO and other US Military addressed shipments, but if possible, an alternate address that UPS can ship to is highly recommended. Damaged items or lost shipments through USPS are the responsibility and the risk of the customer.

Shipping Insurance
We insure your purchase for the full sales price. No additional insurance purchase is needed with our products. If anything does happen to your item in shipping we will either try to find a replacement, or send you a full refund. Please contact customer service within 2 business days after receipt of the merchandise so we can file a claim with UPS.
Combined Shipping Discounts
Items that ship together will be discounted! If you order 2 or more items from us in a 7 day period, wait for the later auctions to end, and our checkout will automatically discount additional items. The item with the most expensive Shipping charge is used as the base, with the Shipping Additional amount for each additional item added to create an Order Shipping Total. Below are the additional shipment charges:

CUSTOMERSERVICE
Exchanges: ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. WE WILL NOT HONOR THE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE USA! For exchanges the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us and a small shipping charge fee for us to send the replacement pair back to you. Contact us for a shipping total, and RA# on exchanges prior to returning product to us and will be sure to hold your replacement pair.
Returns: ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. WE WILL NOT HONOR THE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE USA! We do accept returns on un-used products FOR US ORDERS within 3 business days of receipt of product. For all returns the customer is responsible for paying a small restocking fee to cover our fees for selling the item on auction. If you wish to return a product please call the toll free number provided in your winner notification email or email your request to questions@clickforshoes.com. You will be issued an RA # and given instructions on how to ship the product back to us. No return will be accepted without an RA# . Once the item arrives we will process your return for the full purchase price minus the restocking fee. Please note that the original shipping paid will not be refunded.
Returned item(s) must be in the condition you received them. Please do not tape the outside of the original shoe box and please ship items back in a shipping box. We reserve the right to assess additional fees if the item is not returned in the proper condition.
Cancelled orders: If you win a bid and change your mind or need a different size then the pair won on auction we will try our best to help you resolve the issue. You can either exchange your winning bid for another of our available inventory items, or you can pay a small restocking fee to cover our associated costs. Typically, the restocking fee is between $5 and $10. Please note that ignored or unpaid items are subject to Non Paying Bidder (NPB's) strikes.
