GENERAL RETURN/EXCHANGE INFORMATION

At Clothesoutsale.com we want you to feel at ease knowing that there are options available if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns/Exchanges are available within 30 days of receiving purchased items.  Items must be in original condition with tags intact for a return or exchange. Any items containing pet hair will be disposed of and refund will not be granted. Shipping and handling costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.  A 20% or $5.00 restocking fee (greater amount) will be deducted from refund.
