GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

At Clothesoutsale.com we strive to make an honest effort in providing our customers with prompt, fair and reliable shipping and handling. We are NOT a drop shipper, we stock all of our merchandise on location.

Since we stock all of our own merchandise in our warehouses there is no extended wait time for handling. All orders are processed and shipped within 48hrs of payment during the business week . Orders placed or paid for on Fridays would ship Monday. Please note this time may be prolonged if we do not here from you in regards to color and/or size choices applicable to some auctions.

Beware: of others on ebay  who state your package will ship within 3-5 days, this means your item may not leave there facility for up to 5 days leaving you waiting for 6-10 days for a package to arrive.

UNITED STATES ORDERS

At Clothesoutsale.com we ship packages within the United States via USPS, FedEx and UPS to ensure fast and safe delivery of all  orders. We offer two tiers of shipping which we generalize as First class mail and Priority mail.  When using first class mail, packages usually arrive within 3-5 days of shipping. When using Priority mail service, packages arrive in 2-3 days of shipping. All items we ship come with a tracking number and delivery confirmation. Insurance is not included , although we do offer it for an additional cost.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

International shipments are shipped utilizing USPS First-Class international mail, USPS Priority Mail , or FedEx international mail depending on package size and weight. We ship to the majority of countries worldwide.  International customs departments vary on package inspection hold time, so we cannot guarantee shipment timing and will not be held liable for any delays. International shipping generally takes 6-10 business days.
