Do you ship to my country?
Zak Clothing Co is proud to ship virtually anywhere on the planet via USPS. Unfortunately at this time we cannot ship to an international PO BOX.

Do I have to pay custom taxes or duties?
Zak Clothing Co. international shipping charges do NOT include country specific custom taxes, duties, and/or broker fees associated with the delivery of your package. These fees must be paid by the customer directly to the delivery carrier at the time of delivery.

At Zak Clothing Co. we pride ourselves on offering the best shipping rates possible. Unfortunately, we cannot ship your items using any other method.

When will my order ship?
Zak Clothing Co. picks, packs and ships all orders within 1 business day from the time payment was received. A business day is considered Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Payments received Friday afternoon will be shipped Monday.

How long will it take to receive my order?
The length of time it takes to receive your order depends a great deal on the method of shipment and where the shipment is going. International orders may incur delays associated with custom clearance at the destination country.

You will receive a "Shipping Notification" email once your order is shipped. This email will contain a shipping tracking number which can be used to track your package.

What type of payment do you accept?
Zak Clothing Co. accepts Paypal and Bidpay. We also accept Money Orders and Cashiers Checks. We do NOT currently accept cash, personal checks, or cash-on-delivery (C.O.D). We only accept Postal Money Order's.

Return Policy

What is your return policy?
At Zak Clothing Co. we want your online shopping experience to be as comfortable as possible. In order to keep our prices this low, we do not accept returns. If an item comes damaged or if the wrong item was sent, we will refund or exchange your purchase price. We will even pay for the return shipping.

Can I exchange an item?
We do not usually exchange items, however, if we have that item in stock and it is not posted on eBay we may exchange an item. We will assess each case on a case by case basis. The shipping of your new item will take place once the original product is received. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping and for the shipping of the exchanged item.

Once we receive the damaged item, you can expect a refund within 1-2 business days. Credit will be applied to the form of payment used for the original purchase.
