SHIPPING & COMBINED SHIPPING:

We ship items using USPS & UPS Ground on the day following your cleared payment. Delivery can take up to 2 business days in the New England area and up to 6 business days to West Coast locations (not including Saturdays and Sundays). Your deliveries DO NOT include insurance, you may purchase insurance at the time you submit payment. Insurance quotes will be sent to you with your invoice. At the end of the shipping day, you will receive an email with the tracking number once your item has shipped. We can also ship items 2 or 3 day air, and overnight. Please contact us for quotes. If you provide a PO Box, an APO box, or an address in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, your item will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. This can take 2-3 business days (potentially longer in some remote areas) including Saturday.

SHIPPING & HANDLING RATES:

Most of our listings have flat rate shipping, which applies to that listing only. Accessories and shoes will be tallied separately. Books cannot be combined in shipping quotes, as they are sent via Media Mail. Combined shipping for books is available, please contact us for quotes. These shipping rates do not apply for heavier items that have either higher shipping rates or calculators for determining shipping costs. If you purchase an item with a greater shipping flat rate, and would also like to purchase an additional item, you may do so at the 2nd item rate. An item that is figured through the shipping calculator will be estimated based on the total weight. The greater shipping flat rate and rate quoted from the shipping calculator will always prevail as the first item price. If you have two items with heavier shipping quotes (over $5) an extra $1-6 will apply for each additional item over the quote of the combined shipping rate. If you would like the discounted shipping rates to apply to your purchases you MUST pay for all items at ONE TIME! No exceptions to this rule. If this is NOT followed you will NOT receive the discount. We will make every attempt to ship all items within 2 business days of cleared payment.

For AK, HI, US Territories and APOs: Shipment will be made via USPS Priority Mail. These shipments include delivery confirmation only - insurance is NOT available. Orders sent via Priority Mail will automatically generate an email upon shipment that includes your tracking number and estimated delivery. Please allow 2-3 business days to arrive. We may charge an extra $2 fee for APO Addresses.

INSURANCE:

Insurance is completely optional, however, we recommend insurance, especially for those more expensive and breakable items. The cost for insurance is as follows; $1.50 for each $50 of the end cost of the purchase at the end of the auction or store purchase. If shipping is to be combined, the total cost of insurance will remain the same; $1.50 for each $50 spent. If the purchase needs to be split due to weight, each box will be assessed as a separate order. The cost of shipping will not be insured. We ONLY insure the cost of the purchase not the retail value. International Insurance is figured differently.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Most of our listings have a table detailing international shipping quotes. If you are purchasing more than one item and would like to have a price quote, or you need the item shipped somewhere not listed on the table, please contact us. We offer expedited international shipping; Global Express Mail (GEM) and Global Priority Mail (GPM). If you need to have insurance on your purchases, shipping will have to be with GPM or GEM. Please contact us for a quote. If you need Insurance or tracking, please contact us for details. Tracking is only available if you use GPM, GXG, GEM.

Please use our safe and secure checkout system to ensure timely delivery of your items. Please follow the checkout instructions provided in your "Winning Bidder Notice" email. For your convenience Zak Clothing  Co. gladly accepts Paypal, Bidpay, and Postal Money Orders. Please make Money Orders payable to Yossi Zak 312 Ave O, Brooklyn, NY 11230. We do not accept cash, personal checks, or cash-on-delivery (COD).

IF you have won multiple auctions please wait for all the auctions you have bids on to end (within 7 days only) before completing checkout for your and your purchases will be combined.

After winning an auction or completing a Buy-It-Now purchase, you have two check-out options:

Select Check Out Now to immediately proceed with the checkout and payment process. You will be able to complete your payment and finalize your purchase without waiting for an email confirmation from eBay. Select check-out ONLY after winning an auction item or completing a "But-It-Now" purchase.

Check Out Later if you do not choose to check-out now. You will be notified by eBay via email that you are the winning buyer or bidder. There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. We will automatically send an email within three hours of an auction closing. Our message will contain a link to our simple and secure checkout system, where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase. Our secure checkout will give you the choice to pay via Paypal OR Postal Money Order. We only accept Postal Money Orders. If there is an extreme situation we may choose to accept other money orders. However, these money orders will have a 5-7 day waiting period to allow the money order to clear our account. Postal Money Orders will be cleared the same day we receive them. PLEASE make sure to include with all money orders an eBay auction number and your shipping address with any payment. All payments are expected to be received within 7 days of the last auction closing or two weeks from the first auction closing. Money Orders need to be in our box no later than 10 days from the auctions closing.
