A: I will be happy to quote a shipping total anywhere in the world. Note that most items have the shipping calculator available. You can use the drop down menu to find your country. About American Electrical Current, we use 120V and you will probably need an adapter to use the light fixture that goes with the kit  outside the USA.

A: I ship within 24 hours of payment Monday - Friday. If you haven't heard from me please feel free to contact me. We send a follow up email to let you know the item was shipped and the delivery confirmation number. Sometimes they end up in the spam folder.

Q: You said you shipped this item and it has not shown up. What's the deal the USPS site says the label was printed but it never made it to the post office.
A: I ship all items within 24 hours of payment Monday through Friday. I use the PayPal to print my shipping labels. Because I hand deliver the items to the post office they will not scan the items into their system. The USPS delivery confirmation service is not a tracking number, they only scan it into the system once the item has been delivered. Hopefully your item will arrive soon, Priority Mail service can take up to two weeks to arrive, although most of the time it arrives sooner. Please let me know if you don't receive it.

Q: What types of lights should I be using with this setup?
A: If you use a digital camera with a white balance feature a regular size bulb up to 150W will work. If you are shooting with a film camera you will need to use daylight balanced bulbs.

Q: Hi clovercity ! I'm from Singapore. May I know what is the bulbs socket screw size ? Is the screw size E27 ? What is the maximum voltage rating for the bulb socket ? Can the bulb socket takes 240 V ? Anyway, Singapore electrical system follows the UK standard, I am just wondering whether your equipments can be used in UK environment ? May I know what is the postage to Singapore ? 
A: This will take a standard size American bulb. Our electric current is 120V so we are pretty much not compatible anywhere outside of North America. I would be happy to ship to Singapore.

A: This set adapter will take any standard size light bulb rated up to 150W. I sell these sets as singles or doubles, so yes I will be happy to ship them together to save you money.

A: Any standard size bulb will fit into this fixture so they are not hard to find. If you are considering purchasing daylight balanced compact fluorescent bulbs you can buy them online, in the CloverCity eBay Store or at your local camera photo store.

A: Yes, this is the perfect to to reduce glare problems with shiny items.

A: Yes, that is one of the features of the long - 12x24" eTent.

A: No, I don't sell the risers at this time. I use marble squares I purchased at the hardware store for jewelry shots, makes a nice looking professional image.

A: Any size eTent will work to diffuse the light, there is no right or wrong size. Smaller eTents are easier to work with because they are smaller, but the fact that they are small limits the size of the item you can shoot using one. If you take a pictures of a variety of size items - a larger one will be more convenient. 

Q: Hi thanks i received the item could you please tell me how to get rid of the creases off from the background sweeps.
A: Hang them for awhile, a little moisture will help flatten them, or use very cool iron to smooth the wrinkles out.
