An RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) must be obtained from
Club Reef Aquarium before returning any merchandise by calling customer service at (866)332-6725. All sales are final after 7 days from receipt.

I. Merchandise Not As Described

A prepaid return shipping label will be mailed to you for return merchandise that is not as described. The correct merchandise will be shipped upon receipt.
Alternately, a reimbursement will be made for return shipping if returning by carrier/method of our choice.

II. Non Defective Merchandise
     A. Non-defective, unused merchandise may be returned at the buyers expense for full credit toward purchase of other merchandise from Club Reef
          or a refund less 10% of item price.
     B. Original S/H will not be credited or refunded.
     C. All authorized returns must be accompanied by a copy
          of the original invoice from Club Reef Aquarium must be
          resealable and in the original box. Credit will not be issued on
          improperly packaged returns, regardless of the reason for return.

III. Non-Returnable Merchandise

A. Lamps, bulbs and items marked for "Clearance" may not be returned.
B. Opened foods, test kits, or additives.
C. Non-defective merchandise without original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, missing parts or show signs of use.
D. Products that have been tampered with or modified.
E. Uninsured packages damaged by the carrier.

IV. Defective/DOA Merchandise

      A. All products sold by Club Reef are warrantied soley by their manufacturers.
      B. Manufacturer warranty may be void if product was not used in accordance with instructions or intended use, or has been mishandled or improperly installed.
      B. Case-by-case basis. Product troubleshooting may be required prior receiving an RGA # by calling Club Reef Aquarium customer service at (866)332-6725.
      C. Defective or Dead on Arrival merchandise may be returned to Club Reef Aquarium for replacement with an RGA. Club Reef will not reimburse return S/H fees but will cover outbound S/H of the replacement.
      D. Some product warranties are honored exclusively by the consumer contacting the manufacturer.
              1. Product will be returned directly to and replaced by the manufacturer according to their policies.
              2. Customer is responsible for applicable S/H fees.
              3. Club Reef Aquarium cannot issue RGA's for this type of warranty. 

V. Merchandise not Received

I.  Undelivered packages that include insurance will be traced and reshipped when carrier confirms non-delivery and loss.
II. Club Reef does not accept liablity for the following:
     A. Packages that are lost, stolen or misdelivered when the carrier indicates delivery according to their tracking or delivery confirmation.
     B. Reshipping or replacing orders for which an incorrect "ship to" address was submitted in checkout. If the order is returned by the carrier, you will be responsible for fees to reship to the revised address.
     C. Uninsured packages lost or misdelivered by the carrier.
