My policy regarding shipping cost is to charge only the actual postage and mailing insurance fees. I do not charge a handling fee or for packing materials. Items will be well wrapped, padded and packed and will be mailed to you in USPS Priority packaging, brown cardboard cartons, padded envelopes or in brown paper wrapping. Insurance is optional on non-fragile items selling for less than $15. Within 5 days of your purchase, please make contact and pay via Pay Pal or by mailing a money order.
