Prior to May 19th, my rating was 100%. As of May 19, 2008, Ebay changed the way feedback scores are calculated. In the past, neutral ratings were not counted against a seller. I have 1 in the last 6 mon. & 1 in the last 12 months. My goal is always 100% satisfaction.

However,The Positive Feedback percentage will now be calculated by Positive Feedback/totalFeedback received. This is a true Positive Feedback Percentage.

Please note Ebay does not equate Neutral Feedback to Negative Feedback. However, since Neutral Feedback is a part of a seller's overall Feedback Profile, it is included in the calculation.
