We tried to depict the finish samples accurately but color monitors do vary. We would be happy to send you finish samples. A deposit of $24.95 is required for up to 3 colors which would be refunded (minus $5.95 shipping) if the samples are returned to us within seven days. Call our customer service department at toll free 877-224-3590 to obtain finish samples.
Many of our pieces have an estimated production time of 3-4 weeks while some have an estimated production time of 8-12 weeks. Call us for the latest production time available on a particular item(s). We will keep you informed of the lead time that the manufacturer provides us once your order is placed along with any changes thereafter involved with the estimated production time. Since these times are estimated lead times they are not a guaranteed specific delivery date. Sometimes our manufacturers experience production delays of which Coach Barn is not responsible for. Once your furniture piece is completed, it will take an estimated 10-14 additional days for shipment.
Coach Barn offers FREE SHIPPING* on certain pieces (as specified in certain listings) to a commercial address with a loading dock. There is a small surcharge involved for shipments to a residential address delivery ($95) and Heavy Items ($79). Most of our large items to Residential Addresses (not including our European Reproduction Collection which are shipped by the manufacturer's preferred shipper) are shipped with our preferred delivery service provider which provides for IN HOME DELIVERY, a 4 hour delivery weekday dellivery and includes inside the threshold of the residence (NOT curbside delivery) (we must be informed of stair carries prior to delivery). If any piece weighs more than 300 lbs or pieces are greater than four, shipment will only be available for delivery to the First Dry Area or Garage. Please contact our customer service department for additional white glove services such as inside placement, unpacking and packaging removal at the time your order is placed. Customers would be held responsible for additional fees that involve more than 1 flight and temporary storage exceeding 7 days. PLEASE NOTE that our European Reproduction Collection is shipped by the manufacturer's preferrer carrier, Roadway, which incurs applicable residential/heavy item surcharges as noted above and will be delivered to the first dry area including inside the front door or garage area. We recommend that you make necessary arrangements prior to delivery for inspection of your piece(s). Shipping time takes an estimated 10-14 additional business days. We cannot be held responsible for carrier delays in delivery.
It is very important to take proper measurements to be certain that your furniture will be perfect for your room. To insure that upon delivery your piece will fit, it is also important to measure doorways, stairways, hallways, tight corners and other obstacles that may interfere in the pathway to where your new piece will be placed.
Return Policy/Cancelation Policy
Since all of our furniture pieces are customized, they are non-returnable and non-refundable. Upon placing your custom order, you have 3 business days to cancel your order for a full refund or make changes. After this 3 day period, your furniture piece is in production and cannot be canceled or changed. Custom orders for pieces that are modified for your specific needs are final sales and cannot be canceled once payment has been made. Because all finishes are hand-applied and are interpreted differently by individual craftsmen, they will vary from piece to piece and are not considered defective but regarded as desirable.
Our furniture is shipped via Freight Carrier. We do the best to ensure that your furniture will arrive safely. When receiving your furniture, please inspect your items prior to the driver's departure. You must note the damage on the bill of lading prior to signing it. If you sign the bill of lading without inspecting the merchandise, you are accepting the delivery and signing that it is being received in good condition. If you accept damaged merchandise without noting the damage on the bill of lading, it is your responsibility to file claims with the carrier and have items returned for repair or replacement. Please keep all packaging and provide pictures of the damage which would be included in the review process. Coach Barn must adhere to the determination of the manufacturer and/or shipping carrier on whether it can be repaired or warrants a replacement. If your piece shows major damage, you can elect to refuse the delivery. If delivery is refused, note the damage on the bill of lading. Please call our customer service immediately to report damages. Coach Barn cannot be held responsible for damages that are not noted on the bill of lading.
Product Guarantee and Warranty
All furniture is manufactured to exacting standards under constant quality control inspections. Changes in atmospheric conditions can affect wood products. Extreme changes in humidity may cause warping, cracks and splits. Uneven surfaces can cause doors to become out of square and sag. Each collection is covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty.
The wood in the Outdoor Furniture Collection is warranted against termites and decay when used in normal environmental conditions. The hardware is also warranted against corrosion due to exposure to normal environmental conditions. The original consumer is entitled to receive new wood replacement parts for damage to rot or termites. The original consumer is also entitled to replacement hardware if any screws or bolts experience corrosion under normal environmental conditions
