Payment |
Don't see it? Just ask!
We accept paypal (paypal accepts visa, mastercard, american express, discover), money orders and cashier's check. If paying via paypal, we can only ship to the address listed in the "ADDRESS" section. You cannot add an address to the notes section - the address can be unconfirmed, it just must be listed in the address section of your payment We cannot ship to ANY po office boxes since all items ship UPS or LTL. |

Fees |
Florida orders are subject to 7% sales tax. |

Shipping |
We ship to the Continental United States via UPS and Freight Liner. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PR, or any FPO/APO addresses or other countries via UPS. We can quote on shipments to outer lying U.S. states, however, you are fully responsible for those charges. All shipping quotes are available on the "shipping and payments" page on ebay. No third party billing accepted.
For multiple item orders, please contact orders@CoastalSanitarySupplies.com for accurate shipping prices prior to payment. Once payment has been made, no adjustments will be given. |

Delivery |
Orders are processed within two business days after payment is received. Any items shipped via freight liner require phone numbers for contact to arrange delivery. |

Refunds & Returns |
All items returned must be authorized with an RMA# and must be NEW and unused in the original packaging. Items may be returned within 7 days of purchase if above policy is applied. No returns after 7 days. If you are past the return period and return the item to a distribution center AFTER your return with us is denied - you will NOT receive a refund! Returns due to customer choice are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All SAFCO products (SAF) will incur a 30% manufacturers restocking fee. |
