When a product is advertised as "NEW" it should be in that condition when received. This product came, not in the original package but in a Ziploc type small bag. There is no way of telling if this is an actual "Firestick" spring or another knock-off or whether this "NEW" product has been previously used. I use "Firestick" products as they are well made and have a proven history. Very disappointed. Seller did offer to replace item after return however.

We explained to the buyer that we deal directly with Firestik and they sometimes provide stock packaged and sometimes provide it in bulk. The product that was sent to this customer was a brand new genuine Firestik antenna spring. Despite this, we did offer to accept a return with a refund for this purchase.
