| A:Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Collections Etc. offers an unconditional satisfaction guarantee for our entire line of merchandise. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, simply return the item for exchange or a full merchandise refund or credit within 100 days of the date of your purchase. |

| A:Yes, we combine shipping on all of our items. Please see the shipping chart in the auction for the details. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Standard shipping is 7-10 business days in the continental United States. Express shipping is 4-6 business days in the continental United States. |
| Q:How do I get combined shipping? |

| A:After you have won the auction or used the buy it now button, you will receive an email for every item that you won. Simply click on the checkout link in any of those emails to view your cart total and checkout. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:No, at this time we ship to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO, and all U.S. Territories. We do not ship internationally. |
| Q:What payment methods do you accept? |

| A:Collections Etc. accepts all major credit cards (Discover, Visa, American Express, MasterCard) and PayPal. We do NOT accept e-checks through Paypal at this time.
At this time, Collections Etc. does NOT accept any checks or money orders. |
| Q:Can I pick up my purchases? |

| A:No, we do not allow for local pickups of any merchandise purchased from eBay. |
| Q:How can I track my package? |

| A:Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. |
| Q:Do I need to pay taxes on my purchases? |

| A:Collections Etc. charges the following for sales tax:
For orders shipped to Illinois – add 7.50% Sales Tax on Merchandise and Shipping & Handling.
For orders shipped to Kansas – add appropriate Local or County Sales Tax Rate on Merchandise
and Shipping & Handling. |
| Q:How do I get an order total and checkout? |

| A:Click on the Check-Out button at the top of the auction page to immediately proceed with the checkout and payment process. You will be able to view your total, complete your payment and finalize your purchase without waiting for the winning bidder email confirmation. You will also receive an email with a checkout link within 2 hours. |
| Q:Can I pay you directly with Paypal? |

| A:No, you will need to go through our checkout to make any payment for your item. If you pay directly with Paypal we will have no record of your payment and the item will not be shipped out. Our checkout only takes a minute and it insures that you receive exactly what you ordered, quickly. |
| Q:Where can I send my check or money order? |
|
| A:At this time we do not accept any checks or money orders, Paypal or credit cards only. |
| Q:I have already paid for my eBay order, can I add more items to my cart? |

| A:No, once you have paid for your items through our checkout you cannot add any items to the order. Any items added to the cart after you have paid will be treated as a separate order and shipping and handling cannot be combined with the paid order. |
| Q:Is assembly required for the item? |

| A:Some assembly is required for most of our items. The reason for this is that we try to ship in the small box possible in order to keep shipping costs down and pass that savings on to you with our low S/H prices. Not all items will note assembly required in the description. |
| Q:Are your items safe for children and lead free? |

| A:Collections Etc. is committed to ensuring the safety of all our customers, both
young and old. We assure you that every toy item sold in our catalog has been
tested to U.S. Federal quality standards, and have been certified safe by
